Free standard shipping on every order in the continental US — every product, no minimums.
Solfold products (our sauna blanket and LED face mask) ship from our warehouse in Humboldt, Iowa. Orders placed before 2 PM Central ship the same or next business day, with typical delivery in 3–5 business days.
Partner-shipped items in our light therapy collection ship directly from our US brand partners within 1–2 business days, with typical delivery in 2–5 business days. If your order contains items from multiple sources, you may receive more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Pre-order items show a "ships by" date on the product page and are charged at checkout. If we can't meet a stated date, we'll notify you immediately with the option of a full refund.
We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, or international addresses.
The 30-day sweat-it-out guarantee
Try your Solfold for a full 30 days from delivery. Use it daily. If it's not for you, email hello@solfold.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label and issue a full refund to your original payment method once the return is received — no restocking fee, no interrogation.
Warranty
Every Solfold-branded product includes a 1-year warranty covering heating elements, LEDs, controllers, batteries, and manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled by replacement — email us a photo or video of the issue and we'll take it from there.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item — from any shipping source — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
